This has to be one of my favorite recipes I have ever made and eaten.  The taste is scrumptious, the stew in hearty and the octopus and sea bass just sing with flavor.  This is a wonderful warming meal to have during these cold winter days ❄️

This delicious breakfast creation consists of crunchy bits, greens and a delicate egg right in the center. It'll fill you up nice and happy for any morning craving!

Serving size: 1 portion 


1/3 cubed yam

5 Brussels sprouts, quartered 

1/4 cup cubed firm tofu (or other protein)

1 egg

2 tablespoons dice white onion

2 cloves finely dice garlic

4 tablespoons sesame oil (or whatever oil you have on hand)

This is something I just threw together for lunch one day from what I could find in my fridge.  Bringing leftovers together with some fresh greens, this came out to be a delicious salad bowl!

Now that Thanksgiving is over and we have some turkey left-overs, let's make a delicious Autumn Turkey Salad!

This is a recipe that I just adore.  It is so light and delicious and very versatile.

You can make it with any ingredients you have, any time of year!

For this version, I am going to highlight my favorite season; Autumn, with some delectable seasonal goodies that pair perfectly and come out oh, so tasty!
